Enumerators Training Kicks Off in Southwest State: Strengthening Agricultural Planning in Somalia

Talobeeg Consulting Services (TSC) has successfully launched the first in a series of simultaneous enumerator training sessions across multiple districts in Somalia, starting with Baidoa in Southwest State. This exercise is a crucial step in strengthening local capacity for data collection and analysis as part of the Somalia Food Systems Resilience Program.

The training equips enumerators with essential skills to gather accurate and reliable data, which will inform the development of high-quality district district investment plans with particular focus on agriculture. Ensuring a well-trained team on the ground, TSC is fostering a data-driven approach to agricultural planning that aligns with local needs and priorities.

With more training sessions planned in various districts, this program underscores TSC’s commitment to empowering local stakeholders and enhancing Somalia’s food systems resilience.

Stay tuned for updates as we continue to expand this critical initiative across the country!
