Designing talent management policies and procedures, training staff, assisting in selection, training, couching and supporting talent management recruits in ministries, establishment of a Graduate Recruitment/ Internship and Talent Program within the ministries, assisting in final evaluation of interns and providing specific recommendations and suggestions on each intern for potential employment within the respective public and private institutions, establishing linkages and partnerships between the public and private sector and establishing monitoring and evaluation system for talent management programme.
