Summary
This final technical report presents the implementation and results of the Translation and Dissemination of the Puntland Internship Policy under the GIZ SEIPP Project, implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA). The assignment included the technical translation and quality assurance of the policy, multi-stakeholder validation, integration of stakeholder feedback, dissemination, printing and distribution. The process strengthened institutional ownership and stakeholder coordination and contributed to preparing the Puntland Internship Policy for effective implementation, with the broader objective of improving youth employability and strengthening labour market systems in Puntland.
